Implementation

Implementation is one of the most critical steps that merge technology, people and processes together. During implementation, our professional services team will work with your organization to understand the specifics of your day-to-day transportation operations. Once we understand your processes we will then setup several scenarios for routing that will demonstrate your various possibilities for implementation. In most cases, we will suggest certain steps to improve routing over time and will demonstrate the threshold of efficiency gains that could be achieved as a result of the change. At the same time, based on the scenario that best fits your needs, our engineers will configure the most optimal setup for Pathalyst to produce consistent result that meets or exceeds your expectations.

During each implementation phase, we will provide dedicated technical and consulting resources, data migration and integration and training.

Ongoing

GICSOFT's goal is to provide ongoing support and provide creative ideas for our clients by helping each client continuously improve. Therefore, after initial implementation each client will have access to technical and consulting professionals that can answer all technical or business questions and will assist you with fine-tuning your changes.
